Clare Acqua is the 10-year-old Keeper of Cancer in my YA Fantasy, SON OF THE SUN. She has bright blue eyes and curly black hair. She is the youngest member of the Zodiac Keepers. Despite her youth and innocence, Clare has a childlike curiosity that she follows without doubt or fear. She does not shy away from a challenge and wants to prove her worth to her comrades. Clare experiences the most prophetic dreams and visions out of the Keepers, but she doesn't understand her divination enough to tell her comrades about it. Clare is a Water Sign that feels the strongest connection to the ocean that raised her.
